The quick lube department definetly has some current issues. I made an appointment ahead of time for just a routine oil change which normally takes less than an hour and I dropped the car off 20 minutes ahead of time. I gave my contact number and asked that they contact me when the car was ready for pickup. After well over two hours not hearing from them I called but no one answered the phone. I called again about 15 minutes later and was told that the car was ready. I was told they tried to contact me but obviously it did not go thru! I have to say that Andrew did take $10 off my bill for the inconvenience but still it should not have taken so long!
