The salesman was quite knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional. He answered all of my questions, and is proud of GM products. The dealership has always been friendly, and I have dealt with Bergstrom's on seven vehicles now. Over the years I've been happy with the transactions, the vehicles, and impressed with the people.

Had our truck in to get the drivers side power window fixed and Grant did the diagnostics and found the window motor to be bad. Grant replaced it, did a great job. He also did our front brakes and a very thorough vehicle inspection as always. Irving was very helpful per usual, had the truck in for the window motor replacement and oil change/ tire rotation and he helped add the brake job on my last minute decision.

From the minute I called in they were on it and had a tech help to get my car in safely. Had a shuttle waiting to get me to work on time. Explained and worked out a plan, had the estimate and repairs done same day. They made a stressful day stress free.

I sent my technician in to have his van looked at for an issue. They performed an alignment without prior approval. When informed of what was needed for the repair they told us it was too late and the alignment work was already performed. After the primary concern repair was completed, they sent emails and texts to get paid, but we were never sent a copy of the completed work order. We had to request the copy once my technician was onsite. Overall we the work completed was acceptable but the level of customer service was extremely poor. As our company is in the service industry, we have some experience with the subject. Our customers would not accept this lack of communication and approval.
