Confirmed Service Customer
I sent my technician in to have his van looked at for an issue. They performed an alignment without prior approval. When informed of what was needed for the repair they told us it was too late and the alignment work was already performed. After the primary concern repair was completed, they sent emails and texts to get paid, but we were never sent a copy of the completed work order. We had to request the copy once my technician was onsite. Overall we the work completed was acceptable but the level of customer service was extremely poor. As our company is in the service industry, we have some experience with the subject. Our customers would not accept this lack of communication and approval.
