The body shop did a good job on the repair. However, communication was an issue. Repair was to take 3 days, but the need of a bracket resulted in a 7 day repair time. No one called me so I had to call myself and needed to leave voice mail which no one returned, so I called again and talked to Debbie who actually found someone to talk with me. I had to ask him to actually go and check on the progress and that is when I found out about the bracket. During all this time I was paying for a rental car. However, Bergstrom did pay for two days of the rental so that helped. The best part of the whole experience was the carmels in the car when I picked it up. Need to fix the "no stock parts" probelm.
