My one comment is that this service was for a recall on my Chevy Bolt. The recall was with the seat belt system. The letter I got from Chevrolet stated that my dealer had the parts and I should schedule my service. I did this. I was surprised that I was told once I got the car in for service that Bergstrom actually did not have the part(s) needed and I would have to bring it back once the parts came in. Not a big deal as I live close to the dealership but I thought it was somewhat unprofessional to get a letter saying schedule the service and yet the service center didn't have the parts needed for the recall. The actual visits, shuttle service, and the work performed was all done to my satisfaction, it was just the inconvenience of having to bring it there twice that caused me to not give a 5 of 5. Tom
