Worked with the manager there. He was very pleasant, informative and accessible when I had questions. The body work took longer than I hooed. But it was worth it to get such a beautiful truck back. Thank you.
From the first phone call to the last handshake with Jeramie, the sales experience was outstanding. He was friendly, honest, and exceeded my expectations helping me through a tough situation. The was no pressure. There were no games. This was BY FAR the best car buying experience ever.
Scott Spanbauer was great. I happened to run into him when I pulled in for an oil change. Instead of sitting around I was offered the option to test drive a new vehicle. I came back when it was finished to a washed and serviced vehicle. Excellent customer service!
Not usual service. No one escorted me inside.☹☹ plus I had my kids along and there wasn't any cookies!!! Technician never came out to waiting area to discuss car!!! Just seemed real cold reception from beginning to end.
I was told it would take an hour for the recall repair and that the part was in stock. After I dropped off my Corvette, service person called to say they just ordered part and could they keep the car. Car ended up in service 3 days. Fortunately, I have other cars and did not need the car or a loaner car. When I did go pick up the car, I stood waiting for a good 5-10 minutes in service and not one employee asked me if I needed help. I ended up walking in a service advisors office and asked for help to pick up car. The Service departments at Bergstrom continue to disappoint and are really poor.
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Mark took good care of me. He immediately greeted me, had my papers ready, and in less than an hour, I was on my way home. I had recently bought tires from Bergstroms, so my tire rotation was free, and my car was shiny-new washed, both services greatly appreciated. It may have been just a “routine” service, but I felt like I had just bought a brand new car!
All in all it was fine but when the dude tells me that I have had a silver oil change in the past but now they are not allowed to do it because it would void my warranty that is stupid or ignorant. If it was true, wouldn't the warranty be voided because you had done one in the past? Just saying. Why not be honest, "it is not our policy to do a silver oil change on your make and model vehicle, it may impact your warranty"
