Our sales person, Ryan Vandehey, was very helpful. Sincere, honest, and if he didn't have an answer, he admitted it, and found out, instead of making something up. He is probably, along with Chuck, the only reasons why we ended up buying our vehicle!
The tech put the wrong amount of oil in my vehicle causing it to run rough and the engine light to come on. I had to bring it in for service. I now am watching for leaks as it may have put stress on seals.
Sales department is great. Talked to Mark Bogan about a defective bug shield and said he would order one.Never heard back.When I called parts on the order statis a week later thay told me it was out of warrenty. No call from bogan to tell me this???
