The customer service was fantastic! A rental car was arranged for me immediately when they realized they needed to keep my car overnight. I was kept informed of what was happening every step of the way and everyone I worked with was very friendly and approachable.
Whitney was very unprofessional, she was more concerned about getting out of work for the day and weekend. I was scheduled we with one guy but Martin actually checked me in. He was very nice. Whitney said that the guy that I was scheduled with told her to get me going. I had to ask about the status of my car, breaks, tires, etc.. she acted very disgusted that I asked and was not friendly. That was not the first time she has acted unprofessional to me!! Also, when I bought the vehicle a couple years ago, before a trip to Madison by myself, I stopped in Neenah to have my front driver side where because it seemed to be loosing air. The guy said it looks fine so I left for my trip. On my way, late afternoon I was stranded in the dark by myself with a blown tire! Bergstrom did come with another vehicle for to drive to Madison and said, if I put gas in, to save the receipt and they would reimburse me. When I got back I handed it in & never got reimbursed! Even after asking at least 3 times!! Very unprofessional!!!
I had my Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was wonderful! Eric was very friendly and thorough as always. My car was even washed when I got back to pick it up and I didn't even ask! Great experience as always!
