I was treated very respectfully every step along the way of my decision-making process of buying a car. I especially appreciate the attitude and personality of Logan (our salesman). I wanted to work with him because I truly felt like he wanted to work WITH me.
I have been going to Bergstrom for about a year now. My only contact at the dealership is for service. JJ Martin is the service man that I always speak with. He is honest and explains the service needs that my car needs. I trust him and feel that he is giving me the best advice that he is able based on my car's situation. Thanks for the great service!
Emmett Storey really impressed me. He is knowledgable, VERY engaging, and very forthcoming with information about the car, the options for repairing it, and so on. Emmett has raised my opinion about the whole 'Bergstrom experience' by several notches. I was very neutral about it before, but have a very positive view now.
I had a recall on my drivers seat. The shell around it cracked when they were repairing it so this visit to replace the shell. Everyone was kind and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The dealership has a positive vibe!
The whole dealership has such nice, friendly employees. The service department took very good care of me at my last visit; on time, finished when was told, comfortable atmosphere for waiting, etc. And the chocolate cookies were delicious...
