All of the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They got me through the process without me having to do anything except drop my car off and pick it up. The issue is a few days later, I found out when they fixed one issue, they caused a different issue that wasn't noticeable enough to fix right away. so now i have to take it back.
I purchased my tires from Bergstrom's, but was charged &18.95 for the tire rotation. I believe I told Dan that they were purchased from Bergstrom's.
The main reason for service on my wife's 2001 Buick lesabre was a front end fluid leak. The oil cover leak was taken care of, however, the RH axle shaft seal leak, which only started after it was serviced by Bergstrom's about a month earlier, involved extensive time and money. The real question is did the leak occur because of the previous work? Dan Tibbits did a good job of seeing if the two services were related and did give a financial credit for it. He was a real gentlemen about it. I was somewhat ok about the connection of the two services, but when I saw the charge for the tire rotation, I begin to have a slow burn and could not help but spill my guts. Sorry about that. Had an 8:45 am appointment, got there at 8:45...did not finish oil change and tire rotation until 1:00 pm. They also lost my college parking pass, that was secured in the drivers window. A new pass will cost me $40.
Sales staff Tom Brown provided professional services from start to end. I didn't plan to buy a car and stopped in the office to ask his opinion about another product. He knows me well and so stated. That helped orient me in the right direction. Tom offered another product that turned out to be perfect. The deal was finalized in one day. This was possible with the right people in place for the opportunity. Thank you, Bergstrom Auto Neenah
